Do I need to wear Morpheus 24/7 or stop using my current wearable?

No. The Morpheus M7 monitor is only designed to be worn during the daily HRV test and while you train.
A wide range of other Bluetooth 4.0 chest straps and heart rate monitors are compatible with the Morpheus training feature, as well.
Morpheus is also able to use sleep and activity data from a wide variety of different devices including the Apple Watch, Garmin devices, Oura, Fitbit, and more. No need to ditch your favorite wearable!
Also, if you're a fitness professional, coach, or gym owner, and your clients/members have any of these popular wearables, Morpheus can tap into that data to share it with you through the Morpheus Coaching app.

Does Morpheus require a subscription to use?

No, there is no subscription required to use Morpheus.

Is Morpheus only for athletes?

How does Morpheus measure HRV differently than other devices?

The problem with other wearable devices is they measure HRV passively in the background, without your knowledge or control.

Research has shown that this method simply doesn't provide accurate recovery data because it's subject to too many potential errors and lack of standardization.

It would be like trying to measure changes in bodyweight by getting on the scale at different times of the day, with different amounts of food intake and hydration levels, compared to measuring yourself first thing in the morning each day.
